Next time we’ll ask the people at the Samsung booth to turn down their music when we are shooting. . . ;)

Lose the music in the background it’s totally annoying and pointless. Otherwise great technical review of the outside but gives no idea of how these actually perform.

It’s doubtful if this thing is really worth 300 euros. The screen is that small – using standard font size it makes impossible to read the text in more then 80 cm distance. The vertical resolution of 600 lines is just not enough. The scrolling just drives me mad. The power connector is propietary – very bad. The package does not contain a recovery CD!!! The OS is located in a hidden partition on the HD. The battery leasts about 4h.

    Correction:

In Holland, where I live, the N140 has a glossy design(not screen). I havent seen it in real, but on the internet it looks glossy from the outside.. And there is no Windows 7 on it ?

    Can someone explain that?

  10. Allaar90 Says:

Is it possible to get the looks of the N130, but the battery performance of the N140?!

I don’t like the glossy stuf..

The N110 vs NC10. The screen (on N110) is so much clearer. yes it is glossy… but it is very usable. The speakers are much metter. the keyboard and build quality are slightly better too…The mouse pad and button are definitely easier to use to. As for the N120 it has speakers built into the screen frame (bevel) but is really just like the n110. Personally I prefer the N110 it has that little more style, just a little..

  12. jla541 Says:

May I ask you which one is better since you have both of NC10 and N110. I am going to buy one from NC10, N110 and N120…

  13. DanePax Says:

I love the Samsung range, build quality, keyboard, battery life and style are all great to excellent. I have had the NC10 and now the N110. However now I am wondering what is the point of these two models good as identical spec but different colors and product labels.

I was hoping that Samsung would copy Acer and do a 11.6 version of their own N range.

So i am a little disappointed but I am sure they will sell well still.
