    Its true, I just over looked the pamflet. Microsoft is giving out free windows 7 to people who bought a pc within the last 90 days and/or giving away FREE windows 7 to those who buy a pc until Jan 10th.

    If you bought a pc recently that did not have windows 7 on it. They will give you a free win 7 if you can provide them with a receipt.

    I did not pay anything for my copy of windows 7. Im currently using vista, but im about to upgrade.

    You got windows 7 for free? Actually, I got windows 7 for free too. I have a fairly new pc that bought a couple of months ago. Microsoft is giving away free windows 7 OS to people who buy a pc preloaded with Vista anytime between June 26 2009 and January 2010.

    If you have bought a pc anytime within the last 90 days, contact Microsoft right away and ask for your free windows 7 upgrade.

    I installed Windows 7 Ultimate but the drivers for my old machine weren’t released!!!

    Don’t install it unless you know that all the drivers you need are released for your machine!

    no, even vista home premium had an option to type in kana , as far as I know in windows 7 ultimate you can change the system interface language from the available languages, so you should be fine if you get the windows 7 home premium
