Whats New with Windows 7’s security features? Well let me tell you that you still need an AntiVirus software installed but thats nothing new. Watch the video for details. Click here PCWizKidsTechTalk.com for more Windows 7 tips.
It’s not free, you gotta pay for an Apple computer to even be able to use it, since it’s only for Apple’s OS.
Yea, I am not a south park fan, not into that kinda stuff.
Please, their are applications that can do the same thing, if not more, for less than that, good thing it’s not really 25k, b/c anyone who would pay 25k for a single application is out of their flippin mind.
I know friends who have had to replace those a few times to, anyway some of my friends who are Apple fans, say they aren’t happy with customer support from Apple.
I can do the same thing with Windows, or a computer from other than Apple.
lol, go to a course, to do what, learn how to use a program? I bet they cost as well, and prolly outrageous pricing to, if not, it will shock me.
iPod actually, but at least apple has a REALLY good support service. Even if your warranty expires you can still go in and get help, go to courses the apple stores announce on their website. I actually went on one recently about final cut and it was awesome.
Dude FInal Cut IS THE most popular program to make movies all over the world (49% market share in the professional video industry). This is Shit is soooo advanced, yea i need help, at least it’s free. Many of your favourite flicks are likely made on it. Such as south park. Not saying I like the show but it’s an example. And this software was only $1000 and comes with Final Cut Pro, compressor, motion, colour (which alone was a $25,000 app before bought by apple) and a few more…
The CEO got fired from his own company by the dude he hired to manage the marketing. After jobs came back you might recall the release of one of the most popular mobile devices of all time.
@xsonicbladex Also, if I recall correctly, Apple needed a little help from Microsoft a while back, and I bet if MS hadn’t stepped in, Apple wouldn’t exist today, or at the level it does.
@xsonicbladex Welcome to big business, and business period, of course he get’s the most profit, as he is the CEO of Microsoft, it wouldn’t a proper business in this reality, if the CEO was payed less than the employee’s.
Steve Jobs is the CEO, Chairman, and Co-founder, I am sure he makes a hefty profit over the rest of Apple.
@xsonicbladex Apple’s OS isn’t as used &/or demanded a lot, it all goes by supply and demand mostly, did you learn about that in school?
The profit from all products made goes to the people who worked on that product, be it the developers, or the company that mass produces the DVD’s.
Each version of Windows is geared toward different people, out of the entire package that comes with Apple’s OS, I would only use Photo Booth, that’s it, CG app is Windows based, pointless to buy a Apple computer.
Apple’s OS is 30 bucks. No ultimate, starter, premium or business bullshit. They ALSO have a lot of people to pay etc. 210 bucks is the price no matter how you look at it, they might be funding a mission to pluto or paying 5000000000 workers, for you it still remains 210 bucks for something that can be copied and they only really pay the price of the media (which is no more than a dollar)
@xsonicbladex Well, it may be only for ultimate, and I don’t think Windows 7 is anything like fools gold, it’s a superb OS, it runs excellently on my Pentium 4, and Ultimate direct from MS it’s $219.99.
The price is high, because they have a lot of people to pay, on the project, development, etc. it’s not that high just to be that high, a products sales go to paying the the people who worked on it, etc.
The reason they do it is they only need to code so many drivers make them work perfectly with the OS. And DUDE, for the 1000th time. Multi Language support (anything other than english) IS ONLY FOR ULTIMATE. The $300 dollar piece of OS fool’s gold that should cost $150 tops, and free for vista users lol
Non Apple computer users can’t, b/c Apple’s OS is only legally for their computers, that’s why.
Windows can be installed on a wider range of machines, including Apple’s computers, because Apple’s computers are like any other, they run Intel processors, usually an ATI GPU.
Well, maybe they should expand the multi lang. support to other versions after installing Windows, but usually, the installation itself allows you to choose the language for where you are located.
How many PC users install Mac OS X, likely verrrry few. That means at most macs are 15% of the market so the number of upgrades reflects it. Multiple languages is only for windows 7 ult. and is a selling point. Just because many people speak english does not mean they want their computer to use it.
Don’t listen to all the bull shit you read on the internet. Anyone can make this shit up. I read an article of how the wii has a better processor than the PS3 and that’s why it can have motion controls. It’s kinda funny xD
The amount of PC users has nothing to do with it, some people buy to upgrade Windows on their Apple computers, whatever company you buy your computer from doesn’t reflect on OS sales, unless it’s Apple, b/c of their OS’s EULA.
I didn’t pay a dime for my copy, & it wasn’t gotten by someone else, multiple language support is an optional Windows update, even in Ultimate, but most people speak English as a 2nd lang. now.
I am sure they will soon have multi language support for other versions.
Ya cuz there are more PC users. And Those people got butt fucked by microsoft paying 100 bucks for something that does not even have multiple language support! I mean why the fuck does microsoft think that extra languages is a fucking “ultimate” feature?
The curtain has been raised (slightly) on the next installment of Microsoft’s Windows operating system – Windows 7.
Microsoft hope it will bring the internet, mobile phone and PC closer together. But reviews have so far been mixed, although reviewers have been limited to trying the (pre-beta version).
The full version is expected to be capable of working with a touchscreen screen, navigating documents and the Web similar to Apple’s iPhone. It is officially released at the end of 2009.
“I have seen the future, and it is bleak. Windows 7, the next big version, the one that was supposed to fix everything that was wrong with Vista, is here (at least in pre-beta form), and I can now say – with some confidence – that Microsoft has once again dropped the ball.
“Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with Windows 7. Far from atoning for Vista’s sins, Windows 7 simply carries them forward, visiting them upon yet another generation. Windows 7 is no panacea. Rather, it’s just more of the same: slow, bloated, and frustrating as hell.”
“When it comes to Windows 7, Microsoft hasn’t just learned from the mistakes of Windows Vista. It has picked up a thing or two from Apple’s OS X, judging by first impressions.
“It’s not clear how big the changes are so far. If you put the beta-build of Windows 7 side-by-side with Windows Vista, you’d be hard-pressed to spot the differences. Yes, some of the icons look slightly different and there’s no sidebar, but it’s essentially still the Vista look and feel. But that changes when you start to use Windows 7.
“For a start the OS won’t nag you as much; many notifications are banished to a control panel, you get to approve icons before they show up in the system tray and Microsoft has reined in Vista’s useful but annoying UAC prompts; you can choose which ones you want to see or turn them off altogether.”
“Initially Windows 7 looks similar to Vista, but there a lot of new features that have been added. Under the skin, Microsoft has been working hard. Boot times have been reduced, and certainly the review laptop Microsoft provided has a fairly snappy boot time.
“Microsoft has been working with OEMs to improve battery life – simple things such as reducing the timer frequency can improve battery life by up to 10 per cent. The networking stack has had new diagnostics added to help users figure out exactly where the problem lies.
“So, is this all a big deal? It’s not a change to the fundamental core of Windows, and most of the improvements sound relatively small. But taken together, they seem to address many of the issues people have had for Windows. I’m looking forward to trying it out, starting this afternoon.”

You see i personally don’t enjoy handing over my money to CEOs of any company. I just want to pay those who actually made the thing.
at 8:26 pm
The iPhone, yea, my friend had to replace hers like 4 times.
