I didn't pay a dime for my copy, & it wasn't gotten by someone else, multiple language support is an optional Windows update, even in Ultimate, but most people speak English as a 2nd lang. now. I am sure they will soon have multi language support for other versions. The amount of PC users has nothing to do with it, some people buy to upgrade Windows on their Apple computers, whatever company you buy your computer from doesn’t reflect on OS sales, unless it’s Apple, b/c of their OS’s EULA.

I didn’t pay a dime for my copy, & it wasn’t gotten by someone else, multiple language support is an optional Windows update, even in Ultimate, but most people speak English as a 2nd lang. now.
