Win 7 is secure, compatible, easy to use, and faster at all tasks than previous versions of windows on this same computer. I'm not talking new install vs old install. It's just faster. Gaming wise, I only experienced a performance dip vs XP if Aero was turned OFF. This is all based on the RC though, going to get my Win 7 retail soon. Windows 7 is the best OS I’ve used to date.
