I listened to the hype and upgraded to Win 7 from Vista. I regret doing that, there’s nothing that was really win 7 does noticeably better than Vista, other than nice backgrounds.

Here’s reasons not to upgrade to Win 7 from Vista:
No mini player in windows media player.
More clicks to get what you want
The shut down button looks worse than vista
If you change the look of 1 of your music folders, it changes the view in all of them
