Is this guy retarded? This is one of the worst videos i have ever seen. “Can be used for POP and Hotmail mail protocols”. Wow! I did not realize that Hotmail was its own protocol and that IMAP is not.

dont use the windows defender use norton its alot better cause i did a comparesion i downloaded a virus and i have both instaled and the norton picked it up and deleted it but windows d did nothing it didnt even know i had a virus plus the firewall is much better 2 i know hp pcs come with norton not sure about others tho

i am just hoping windows defender is a upgraded version like paint, calculator, wordpad etc also… on my xp i was using windows defender and the free version of avg and it ended up not working out so good, and my comp is fucked. i am going to buy a new comp and i know the specs i want, but not the os yet

it is, it has a built in program called windows defender that is an antispyware program and viruses…well the User Account Control helps alot to protect against them but you will most likely still need an anti virus program. i am only running a free version of AVG and i have no problems yet

The curtain has been raised (slightly) on the next installment of Microsoft’s Windows operating system – Windows 7.

Microsoft hope it will bring the internet, mobile phone and PC closer together. But reviews have so far been mixed, although reviewers have been limited to trying the (pre-beta version).

The full version is expected to be capable of working with a touchscreen screen, navigating documents and the Web similar to Apple’s iPhone. It is officially released at the end of 2009.
