    Oh yup, I got a blue screen from playing an illegal copy of the Sims 3, and it’s all because I’m a moron, huh.

    Vista in completely relevant. You sit here and say all these things of Windows being better, even though their ad’s were made using Mac’s, Microsoft releasing their BETA software as a real OS. You won’t even admit that it sucked either.

    There is no argument to lose, because you failed quite a while ago. I just want to see how long you are going to go for the last word :) Like a child.

    I’m a new Mac user, so I’m just getting use to the OS that it came with… so I probably won’t upgrade.
    As for windows 7, to me it looks promising.
    Vista for me has been buggy, so I’m eager to switch to windows 7.
    Depending on the price… I’ll make the switch.

    I moved to Mac about five years ago because it was the most stable platform to me at the time. Why drop Mac now? I’m used to it, I like Logic Studio and Final Cut Studio. There’s no way I’m gonna move back to PC. If MS didn’t mess up years ago, I’d probably be still using PC. I’m glad Win7 now gives the total reliability, usability & stability that PC users have always deserved. As for Ubuntu – hmm, I’ll pass on that.

    windows 7 is untouchable…… snow leap… cmon. a mac isn’t a real computer, its a designer box with mid range hardware in it and a very limited os. if i wanted that i would just get ubuntu on a dell laptop, it would be faster more secure and every bit as useless. cmon people………….

    That’s pretty evident in the fact that PC laptops with a dual-core CPU, 4 Gigs of RAM, and a 512MB video card are selling for $999.99 with a 17″ screen.

    To get a Macbook (not Pro, just regular) with the exact same specifications, you pay $2499.99 CDN.

    That’s a difference of $1500.00. Only the naive, stupid, sheeplike idiots of the world buy into a “deal” like that, then wonder why their system underperforms.

    You seem to be the one unaware of what a PC is. Windows is the OS, brands like Toshiba, build the P(Personnel) C(Computer). In a sense Macs are also PC’s.

    Yea Linux is good, I am really really pleased with 7 though. It doesn’t run a couple programs right. Like Winamp won’t install and Daemon tools errors, but it is faster. And gamers (like me =] ) will notice frame rates increase on games. I tried Ubuntu also but it was laggy at the time and gave my backup laptop issues.

    Try installing 7 before you sleep, it took mine a while.

    Where I also paid NOTHING for Windows 7. It’s so funny when Windows itself runs better in Bootcamp. The fact you pay anything at all makes you an idiot.
